Henk Ligtenbarg

Henk has over 14 years of experience as an attorney and understands the complexity of legal disputes and financing structures. As a specialist in litigation and in finance securities, he brings clarity to complex legal issues. Through his in-depth knowledge and strategic approach, he achieves results for his clients, both through negotiation and—if necessary—in court.
Henk also assists clients with the enforcement of security rights, advises on credit documentation, and is frequently engaged to draft or review agreements.
