Barbara Roosenboom

Barbara maintains an advisory and litigation practice, assisting companies, institutions, and professionals with various employment law issues such as dismissal, incapacity for work, employee participation, collective labor agreement (CAO) law, reorganizations, and terms of employment.
Collaborating with clients and decisively advocating for their interests gives Barbara energy. She has been assisting many of her clients in the professional services sector for years.
Barbara graduated cum laude in Dutch law and also completed the Grotius specialization course in Employment Law cum laude. She has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer and is a member of the following specialist associations:
- Dutch Employment Law Attorneys Association (VAAN);
- Regional Employment Law Attorneys Association for Eastern Netherlands (VAARA)
Barbara has registered the following area of law in the register of legal practice areas of the Netherlands Bar Association:
- Labor Law
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits in this registered area of law each calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
