Marije has more than 25 years of experience as an attorney specializing in employment law. She has extensive experience in advising on (collective and individual) dismissal law, reorganizations, employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, the position of the statutory director, works council law, collective labor agreement (CAO) law, and litigation in individual dismissal cases. The drafting and reviewing of contracts, protocols, and regulations are of particular interest to her.
In the execution of her work, clients can rely on an expert analysis and a practical approach.
Marije completed the Sports & Law course and successfully finished the (post-graduate) Grotius specialization program in Employment Law. She is a member of the following specialist associations:
- Dutch Employment Law Attorneys Association (VAAN);
- Regional Employment Law Attorneys Association for Eastern Netherlands (VAARA).
Marije has registered the following practice area in the register of practice areas of the Netherlands Bar Association:
