Sander Drijber

As a corporate law specialist, Sander primarily advises companies in areas such as corporate governance, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, participations, and acquisitions.

Furthermore, he regularly advises family businesses on succession planning. Sander is also active in advising and assisting medium-sized enterprises with financing issues. Additionally, he acts as a litigation lawyer in shareholder disputes, proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, and director liability cases.

Sander is also frequently involved in corporate recovery and restructuring. He manages the entire process alongside specialists from other disciplines.
Sander is regularly appointed by the court as a bankruptcy trustee in the insolvencies of larger companies.

In addition to successfully completing the Grotius specialization in Financing and Securities, Sander has completed the Grotius Insolad program and the Grotius Insolad Financial Economics for bankruptcy trustees. He is a member of the specialist association Insolad.

Sander has registered the following practice area in the Netherlands Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas:

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this registered practice area, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
