Sergei Parijs
– Expert in company law, the law of legal entities, and liability law: a sound legal advisor and experienced transaction lawyer.
Sergei Parijs works in the corporate law practice and specializes in company law, the law of legal entities, and liability law.
Sergei supervises acquisitions and management buy-outs, and also advises private equity firms. He is also involved in issues regarding corporate governance, insolvency law, and financing and securities, as well as litigation within these fields, including directors’ liability proceedings.
Sergei obtained his PhD from the University of Groningen in 2005 on the subject of ‘fairness opinions’ and regularly publishes in his field in various legal publications. He is an editor of the journal Juridisch up to Date, to which he regularly contributes as an author in addition to his editorial role.
Sergei has registered the following area of law in the register of legal practice areas of the Netherlands Bar:

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits in this registered area of law each calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar.
